Every year, In India lakhs of students or aspirants belonging to diverse economic or educational background appears in nation's one of the highly competitive examinations like Civil Services Examination (CSE). Lastly, the admission criteria may vary from institution to institution while taking students in their guidance and career counseling center but theirs aims are always the same as to provide and being a part of nation-building. 1. Jamia Millia Islamia Residential Coaching Academy (JMI RCA), New Delhi
The JMI RCA provides free coaching with a hostel facility to the top 200 academically meritorious students, aspirants of the nation's highly competitive exams like IAS, IFS, IPS, etc Public Commission (UPSC). Only for those candidates who re belonging to the Minorities, SCs, STs, & Women (of all communities) for preparation for the same exam. Apart from all that, scholarships to 20% of admitted candidates at Rs. 2000 per month are also provided on means-cum-merit basis.

2. State Institutes For Administrative Careers (SIAC), Mumbai
To encourage interest and maximize the numbers in the civil services or administrative services across the state, the Government of Maharashtra established the institution as a full-time institution in 1976. The only means to set up the SIAC at that time was to avail the opportunity of a good and fascinating platform for the preparation, conduction of free training programs the whole year especially for the Maharashtrian aspirants with aims to face accordingly in CSE.
Every year the academy selects a certain no of students or aspirants to their guidance cell for the whole three stages of the examination.

3. Sardar Patel Institute Of Public Administration (SPIPA), Ahmedabad
The SPIPA was established by the Government of Gujrat in 1962 as the apex Training Institute of the State but later in 1974, it was renamed as SPIPA to enhance the highly competitive examinations among the youth of Gujrat & for training government functionaries.
Recently in 2019, a total no of 13 SPIPA students had cleared the UPSC main exams in the state.

4. Jamia Hamdard Residential Coaching Academy (JHRCA), New Delhi
Jamia Hamdard Residential Coaching Academy (JHRCA) also provides free coaching and lodging facilities for civil services exams aspirants. Students belonging to the Minorities, SCs, STs, & Women (of all communities) can have the opportunity to be there by the prescribed way to get in. After certain tests and personal interviews, the selected candidates would be provided free accommodation, classroom teaching, library facility, practice sets, study materials along with 24*7 wifi service facility.
The eligibility criteria for the test are the same as the UPSC demands the fulfillment of certain guidelines from the students' community.

5. All India Civil Service Coaching Centre (AICSCC), Chennai
All India Civil Service Coaching Centre is a unit of the Anna Institute of Management which works majorly in the fields of preparing the mindset of the state's youth with promoting the need of the young aspirants from Tamil Nadu to take up IAS, IPS, IFS, etc. The Pre-Examination Training Centre was established in the year 1966, to train SC/ST candidates and the Special Training Institute was established in the year 1971 for Backward Class and Most Backward Class candidates were merged and renamed as All India Civil Services Coaching Centre in the year 2000.
The institutes take 325 students from the state (225 Residents & 100 Non-resident) with full facilities like free accommodation, flooding till the preliminary examination. For the mains examination, 225 students are selected cum trained for CSE which is conducted by UPSC.

6. Aligarh Muslim University Residential Coaching Academy (AMU RCA), Aligarh
The Residential Coaching Academy was established in 2010, following the sanction of a scheme of the University Grants Commission entitled "Establishment of Residential Coaching Academy for Minorities/SC/ST and Women". The academy conducts the exam yearly for entry into the Central and State Civil Services, Judicial Services and Banking Services, etc.
The selection process is done through a merit-based test and his/her family's income should not exceed 8 lakh per annum. The institution provides full-fledged library access, separate accommodation to men & men in the different halls along a coaching facility all three stages of the exam.
Apart from all those privileges, the indigent candidates also have the right and access to education free of cost with lots of scholarships.
